Happy Thursday,
I would like to share my tray with you today. Kelly and I live far from each other but decided to do a project together. She will post hers separately. We had a lot of fun purchasing the items for our trays. I have to admit I stole her picture frame idea (yes I did ask her permission - LOL).
I just love the ocean so this tray was way too much fun. And the Pion paper is delightful. I am in a paper piecing phase so all the clothing on Edwin and Tilda have been paper pieced. I added frantage to give the effect of water spraying. I added cheese cloth, lace trim, gold trim and the tulle bows to give my tray texture but also to create that beachie feel. I bought the tray at Hobby Lobby 1/2 off so it was a great deal. I hope I have inspired you to create something today!
The items I used :
Toule
Ribbon
Cheese Cloth
Trim
Prima Embellishments - Corner, Sea Shells, Picture Frames
Magnolia Doo Hickey Die - Swirly Butterfly
Memory Box Die -Hibiscus
Pearl Bling
Real seashells
Glass jar with beach sand
Misc Embellishments
Magnolia Stamps - Sea Shell Tilda, Edwin Catching a Fish, Bikini Tilda, Ocean Map, Vintage Swedish Coast Cottage, MiaMia the Flamingo, Tilda in Key Largo, Edwin in Miami
The paper is from the Pion collection Shoreline Collection
Tea Dye Distress Ink
Copic Markers
