Holly Tilda A Vintage Christmas

Today I have a Christmas project to share with you. I bought a couple of mini printer trays a couple of weeks ago and this week have been able to finish a couple of projects. Last night I did one for Halloween; you can see it here if you would like to take a peek. You can get many of these Memory Box dies over at Magnolia Licious store.

I have created a vintage Christmas scene with Holly Tilda who is just too adorable. I couldn't resist giving her pretty little dress some of may favorite polka dots. And I added some glitter to her bows to add a festive flavor. All the edges of the paper were distressed with Gathered Twigs.

Tilda with Carrots

I can't believe it is Wednesday already! Are you having a good week?

It is getting very cool at night and I am just not ready for summer to be over. The trees are starting to turn a bit and I have had some great apples. Maybe this weekend I will decorate my house for fall.

I really enjoyed putting together this fall ornament. I used part of a chip board book I purchased at Michaels for $1.50. You can really get some great items inexpensively to alter. They make wonderful gifts.

Here is a close-up of the back side of the ornament:

Dogs, Dogs and More Dogs

Happy Saturday,

I have had a great start to my weekend! Last evening my wonderful husband took me to our favorite spot for dinner then out for some yummy ice cream. The weather was so gorgeous we got to sit outside which is a nice treat. There will not be too many more warm nights with fall on it's way. I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend...

I made this photo box for my mom's birthday which is at the end of this month. This is my little Grace who has grown quite a bit. My parents watch her while I am at work. They have fallen head over heels in love with her. And I must not forget spoil her rotten. Every morning she runs in to greet my mom then goes looking for my dad. It has actually been a wonderful time for them.

The box inside will hold the book and the book mark. On the inside of the box I made a little scene with Tilda with Wiola. Below are some closer shots of the project and the recipe.
