Princess Tales

Well the weekend is over but we have a new week to look forward to. I found this challenge on Live and Love Crafts that I thought would be fun to enter. Below is the bottle of perfume that inspired me to create my card. I used Princess Tales from Belles n Whistles - such an adorable image. Just perfect for my design. I so enjoyed making my card.

I colored my image with Copic Markers - Skin E000, E00; Hair E40,41,42,43; Dress C00, C01, C03; Lips R35. I used a silver glitter pen for the rope on her bag and her crown. Her bag was paper pieced and her bracelet/crown pearls were created with Liquid Pearls - White Opal. I used the following dies - Marianne Heart Die/Eiffel Tower, Cherry Lynne Heart Doily Die, Memory Box Bird Cage, Magnolia Doo Hickey Swirly Butterfly and So Wrapped Tilda Lace Die. The paper is from Cryogen and Maja - Vintage Summer Basics. To finish my design I added lace, feathers, tulle bows, Shabby White Frantage, riboon, sentiment and vintage clock.

Good Morning,

Today I am showcasing a Whimsy Stamp by Elisabeth Bell. The images are just so sweet. I paper pieced her hat, top and patches on her pants. It was a little bit of a challenge but I like the way it came out. She also got some heart bling for her necklace. I hope you will join us over at the 7 Kids Anything Goes Challenge. Edwin takes a Selfie

Hello Maggie Fans,

Today was the perfect day to make this card as there are many snowflakes falling from the sky. Edwin took a Ski vacation, took a selfie and created a birthday card for Tilda. How sweet is that?

Today I want to share an image from Elisabeth Bell - Pati's Kisses (if you want to purchase her click on the link). I fell in love with her, she is so darn cute. I colored her on Cryogen paper with Copic Markers - Skin E000, E00, R20; Shirt and headband V91, V93, V95, Pants B32, B34; Hair E40, E41, E42, E43, E44, T-Shirt - BG 91, BG93; Teddy Bear E40, E41, E42, R20. I sprinkle frantage lightly on all the heart to add some sparkle to my design. See below the other goodies that were used on my project.

I hope you are having a great weekend! So sad the snow was just about gone and now it is snowing. Oh well hopefully spring will be here soon. My sweet husband brought me a yummy hot chocolate from our favorite spot Burdick's. It was heavenly!

I am entering my tag in your DT Call. Very exciting!!!!!

I made this cute tag with an image from the "Little London" collection from Magnolia - London Tilda. I colored her with Copic Markers - Skin - E000, E00, R20; Boots C3, C5, C9; Hair C00,C01, C03, C5. I paper pieced her dress with paper from docrafts Papermania Capsule Collection. I added a metal sentiment, resin corner embellishment, lace, flower trim, tulle bow and cheese cloth to create my design.  I used liquid glass on the rain drops.

I was so excited when I saw Marvelous Magnolia was having a DT call.  I am keeping my fingers crossed.... I decided to use my new stamp from the Little London Collection - Magnolia Tilda. She is so sweet! I colored her with Copic Markers - skin E000, E00, R20, hair E40, E41, E42, E43, E44, E47; dress R0000, R00, R01; leaves G94 G99. I highlighted the hair with Spica pens brown and gold. I paper pieced her bow, flower, shoes and lace at the bottom of her dress.

A Secret Garden

Happy Sunday,

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! We had unusually mild weather with lots of rain. Now the snow is almost gone. But I won't get my hopes up because I am sure since it is early winter we will get more of the white stuff.

Today I created a Criss Cross card using beautiful a paper from Graphic 45. Usually I use an image as my main theme on my card however, today I chose to use many different die cuts to create my card.

 She is just so adorable. I used my new Maja paper which I just love. I colored my image with Copic Markers. I used E000, E00, R20 on the skin; E31, YR20, YR21 hair; R81, R83, R85 dress and shoes; BG0000, BG10 wings, B0000, B01 hair ribbon. To embellish my card I used ribbon, bling, flower, zipper, Spellbinders Hearts, Cherry Lynn Heart Doily die, Marianne Heart die and So Wrapped Tilda Lace die.

Happy New Year!

Last evening we rang in the New Year with our friends. We had a wonderful time. We went out to dinner then back to our house for dessert and champagne. I can't believe it I actually stayed awake until midnight!!!

I created this sweet wall hanging. A young girl I know is having a baby girl in May so I gave this to her. What a sweet young lady.
