It's hard to believe this is the last day of 2010! I hope you have some fun plans for the evening. Below are the next four months of my sister's calendar.
May, another beautiful stamp from Memory Box.
June, the butterfly, from Memory Box was stamped with Color Box Robin's Egg ink. I then stamped the butterfly wing with this cute flowered paper and attached it to the butterfly.
July, I cut the seashells from an Outline Rubber stamp and colored the shells with Copic Markers. I added a little smooch for some glitz.
August, is from the collage stamp above. I don't know about you but I could sure use a day at the beach collecting seashells.
May God Bless You in the New Year!

Calendar Book
I wanted to share the calendar I made for my sister. I will show you four months today. I used Marjolaine paper pad from BasicGrey. I love this paper.
For January I used a digital image from Chi Chi Memories. What an adorable snowman who was colored with Copic Markers. I added a little glitz using a silver gel pen and black and orange Spica pens.
February was on of my favorites from Outline Rubber Stamps. Colored with Copic Markers and I added Siren smooch to the hearts.
March is a beautiful butterfly stamp from Outline. Colored with Copics and the details were enhanced with a silver glitter pen and a Black Spica pen.
April's stamp is from Memory Box. I used a nice spring time green to these sweet butterflies.
Which one is your favorite?

Butterfly Invasion
What a difference a day makes. It was so beautiful and sunny when I drove home it reminded me of March then I told myself March is couple of months away. However, these butterflies bring a touch of spring time to a beautiful winter day.
The butterfly stamp is from Outline Rubber stamps which I received for Christmas from my wonderful husband. Below are two that I made in different colors and paper.
For the yellow butterfly I used:
Copic - Y28, YR21, YR02, Y38, Y21 - silver gel pen, black Spica pen and Pumpkin Smooch. I inked the edges with Tim Holtz Wild Honey Distressed Ink. For the mat I used Spellbinders Peony.
Blue Butterly:
Copic - Y28, B02, B04, B06, B41 -silver gel pen, black Spica Pen and Ocean Soul Smooch. I inked the edges with Tim Holz Broken China Distressed Ink. I used the same Spellbinder for the mat as for the yellow.
Thanks for visiting. Watch for the calendar creation tomorrow.

I am nestled in and crafting during the blizzard taking advantage of being snowed in. Over the next few days I will share my calendar creations. My good friend Kerry gave me these small calendars and the idea to make these mini calendars. I used my new outline rubber stamp, I love it. It reminds me of a giant sunflower. Below are three that I made in different colors and paper.
For the yellow sunflower I used:

Blue Sunflower:
Copic - Y28, YG91, B02, B04, B06, B41 -silver gel pen and Ocean Soul Smooch. I inked the edges with Tim Holz Broken China Distressed Ink. I used the same Spellbinder for the mat as for the yellow.
Pink Sunflower:
Copic - Y28, R21, R32, RV10, RV34 -silver and pink gel pen. The edges were inked with Tim Holtz Worn Lipstick Distressed Ink. I used the Peony Spellbinders for the mat.
Enjoy a touch of spring.

I am very excited; I am applying for Chi Chi Memories first ever DT call! Below are my submissions as part my application. I hope you enjoy my projects as I had a great afternoon creating them. I have not been on an official design team however, once a month as part of Rosie's Sisterhood I do post a project. I love paper crafting and my favorite part is picking out the color theme and embellishments for each project. It would be an honor to be part of the Chi Chi Memories design team your images are adorable. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
First, is this adorable snowman. I used paper from My Mind's Eye (Lost & Found "Princess") and a cream colored netting to cover the container. I used my Nordic Snowflake punch with pink velour paper. Below are the items I used to complete the container:
Copics: BG10, R02, R21, R32, RV11, YR07
Spica Pen: Pitch Black, orange
Flower Soft: Polar White, Baby Pink
Cream Ribbon
Chi Chi Memories: Snowman Digi Stamp
Liquid Glass
Second, is a chubby little penguin. Again paper from My Mind's Eye (Portobello Road "Buddies") with all its glimmer and glam to create an icy look. Here are the items used on this card:
Copics: BG10, BG11, BG13, BG18, YR21, YR24
Spica Pen: Black
Chi Chi Memories: Penguin Digi Stamp
Liquid Glass
Polka Dot Ribbon
Lastly, here is the submission to PWCO Summer Challenge (green, yellow, blue, red) for Chi Chi Memories.
Here is my submission for my challenge. I used this super cute image from Chi Chi Memories - Always by Your Side. I made this little first aid band aid holder. I colored the image with Copic markers and added a little glitz with the spica pens. The get well sentiment was done with Whispered Words flock alphabet and colored with a copic marker. To add a little extra on the green polka dot paper I used some liquid glass.

2010 Christmas Cards
I finally got inspired. Yesterday I went shopping with my scrap-a-holic friends and found the final pieces for my cards. The paper is "Winter Joy Bundled" by Bo Bunny; I just love the bright festive colors in the paper. I used the Crystal Snowflake from Memory Box and the inner snowflake is from the Martha Stewart punch Nordic Snowflake. Each snowflake was misted with Old Lace Glimmer Mist. I used the Amuse stamp Vintage Merry Christmas which is embossed with Zing Silver embossing powder. Lastly, for the final touch I added some green ribbon. Tomorrow my husband will mail them! On to the next project.
