Memories of the Beach
Hello,
Did everyone have a great Christmas? I had a wonderful Christmas with my son and daughter-in-law in Florida. Yes, sunshine and warm weather. The beach is what gave me the inspiration to alter this cigar box. The seashells are actually from the beach here in Florida.
I covered the box with paper from Authentique and Graphic 45. I used the Graphic 45 paper to embellish the box. I stamped Miamia with the Graphic 45 paper. I used the cheesecloth as netting to create the arrangement with the seashells and the starfish. I decided to spruce up the sides of the box with clear bling.
I kept the inside of the box simple so that the inside could be used to store items.
Here is a view of the bottom of the box:
I hope I have inspired you today! Thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteThis is a beautiful project and so very creative and well done. Thanks for joining us this week for Bingo. Just a heads up it took me a while to find this because the link takes you to an older project, you may want to re-do. And I joined you as a follower and will add your 12 days of Christmas to my side bar.

A fantastic job on the box. You managed to get the sparkle, dp and a little blue in it, but you have not linked it to the project. You linked it to your blog in general. Can you link it to just this project and re-enter it in Tammy's Scrapin Corner?
