Back to School

Happy Wednesday!

Are you having a good week? I know it is only August but it feels like September here. I could see my breath this morning. Not impressed....LOL!

I hope you will join us over at Midweek Magnolias for our "Back to School" challenge. I made this little book mark for my little friend Eli. Tomorrow is his first day of Kindergarten. How exciting - I am sure it will be harder on the mother than on him.....

Here is what I used to create my bookmark:
Magnolia Stamp - Edwin with glasses
Magnolia DooHickey Die- Dragon Fly
LaLa Land - Balloon Die
Misc. goodies
I colored my image with Copic markers and used liquid glass on his glasses.

Thanks for stopping by!

I am entering my project in the following challenges:
Magnolia Licious - Anything Goes
Through the Craft Room Door - Anything Goes
Lexi's Creations - #123 Back to School
Stamp and Create - August Anything Goes
The Squirrel and the Fox - #75 Anything Goes
Crafting at the Weekend - #4 Anything Goes

  4. Oh noooo! I can't believe it was cold enough to see your breath! Here in Central Texas it rarely gets that cold. It's so hot and muggy outside, there are not thoughts of autumn. But on to your delightful creation. How exciting to head off to Kindergarten with such a fabulous bookmark! So sweet of you to think of him....hugs...Barb

  6. You could see your breath? Holy moly, Rocky! Too early for that! We are having a bit of a cool-down--only mid 90's right now, but headed to 100 by the weekend. :^)

  8. Why viewers still use to read news papers when in this technological world everything is presented on web?
